Fallen Angel

A fallen angel – Is that what you are? I know I am, and I believe there is a fallen angel in all of us at certain times in our lives. Ever thought it’s too late to change your life or recreate a life you want but think you have left it too late? Well, let me tell you it is never too late to change, to start again or to be, have or do anything you want in life regardless of the age you are.

My book is about re-building your life, looking at perfectionism, dealing with narcissistic traits and generally getting your shit together at any age. Plus, the stories we tell ourselves that don’t serve us well, body image issues, toxic relationships with food and alcohol and a whole load of learning through the journey of life.
